About Cole
Cole holds a BSc in Physics and Applied Mathematics and a PhD in Geophysics, with research experience focused on atmospheric and Earth-system processes related to climate science and natural hazards. His academic work integrated numerical modelling, remote sensing, geospatial analysis, and field observations to predict and quantify geophysical hazards, including changing weather patterns and seismic processes.
Since joining LGeo, Cole has applied this technical background to natural hazard and climate risk assessments for multiple communities, supporting hazard mapping, emissions analysis, and network-based access and equity analysis. He contributes expertise in quantitative analysis, geospatial data processing, and scientific model development, with a focus on effective and clear analysis and communication of complex results.
