About Sebastian

Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and a Master of Management, both from the University of British Columbia, combining
environmental analysis, GIS, and strategic problem-solving. Across his academic and consulting work, he has applied GIS and data analysis to projects including urban biodiversity research, park design evaluation, and land management studies in both Canada and Mexico.

Sebastian specializes in visual storytelling and knowledge mobilization, using
maps and data-driven graphics to support understanding and decision-making. He has produced interactive maps, report figures, presentation materials, and
public-facing visuals that communicate complex spatial analyses to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.

With a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and project coordination,
Sebastian collaborates effectively across disciplines and project teams. He is
comfortable working with complex datasets and translating technical results into
clear insights. Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys cycling around the city and
spending time in the mountains.
